Service Desk and Additional Information

As part of your Cloud deployment, you will have access to the Cloud Service Desk hosted by Atlassian Jira. Here you can open up Service Desk tickets to request different services such as password resets, database reloads, a new windows logins (Remote Desktop account), and more! This system not only allows for our customers to have a simple and easy way to create service requests, but also allows the Cloud Operations team to keep track of all incoming tickets so we can insure a quick resolution time.

It is highly recommended that the user experiencing the issue opens a Service Desk ticket so we have the primary contact information for that user.

The Cloud Operations team is also available by phone during our normal support hours (M-F) 5am to 5pm Pacific: 805-227-1122 x553.
